St. Michael Cemetery allows for each grave the burial of two (2) departed loved ones. Each casket is placed one on top of the other. We also now offer a Family Estates Section for the burial of up to eight (8) family members and the Holy Souls Section that has pre-installed liners for below-ground lawn crypt interments.

St. Michael Cemetery is pleased to offer its families a new Community Mausoleum located in our new fourth cemetery. This is the most beautiful mausoleum in the New England area, with the exclusivity, convenience and accessibility that a smaller cemetery facility offers.

St. Michael also has a few select locations remaining in its Christ in the Garden Community Mausoleum that is located in our third cemetery. This mausoleum highlights the European tradition of Community Mausoleum and Memorialization and was the first, built in the Boston area. The beautiful indoor community Mausoleum is built with four distinct types of European marble and featuring an 18-foot-high stained glass window portraying Jesus praying in the Garden.

At St. Michael Cemetery, a cremation is placed in an urn and then placed in one of our beautiful Columbarium niches. Our Columbariums include:

• Garden Columbarium (located in the second cemetery)
• The Garden of Peace and Remembrance (located in the fourth cemetery)
• The Chapel Columbarium located in the new Resurrection Chapel Mausoleum

Cremation niche fronts are made of marble, granite or glass.
